Property Valuations

5. Fees and Payments

Service Fees

HouseBlue charges a flat fee of £200 for property listing services, payable when:

• Your property listing goes live
• You accept an offer through our platform

Payment Terms

All fees are non-refundable once services have been provided. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. You agree to pay all applicable taxes.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
